I think from what the Deputy Director human resources said there's light at the end of the tunnel. If you're the only candidate from your state then congratulations in advance. If really they have presence across all the 774 local government as he claimed then they need more workers.

Nigeria National merit Award, National center for technology management, National university commission, Federal University of health sciences ila orangun, Nigeria export promotion council, Bank of industry, FIRS, NOA, DIA.... just go and submit ur CV there rush be fast about it so they call u for aptitude test again
