A crooked and twisted statement. Don't be surprised that the president is pushing people to rush into buying CNG so that the prices of PMS and CNG will be equal. Story Man

tundegan: CNG ![]() As in,put gas cylinders in your car/booth and be driving under the heat conditions, it's hazardous bro... what the government needs to do is to find a way to make electricity constant nationwide or atleast 15hrs per day constantly, make everyone buy electric vehicles and establish a battery manufacturing company, we've seen the dangers of this CNGs My thoughts though I rather buy petrol at 1500 per liter than put gas cylinders in my car where my booth would be occupied leaving no room for my personal items to be kept in the booth and equally endangering myself and family 3 Likes |

tundegan: Oh pls, he clearly knows that there are states without conversion centers how does he expect the people to convert thier cars. Couldn't he have subsidized the fuel price while he gives a deadline for commercial conversion? If he knew how many thousands Nigerians especially men he has killed because of this hardship, he would have hide in his shell 2 Likes |

Tinubu is on a mission to literally burn Nigerians alive. Too many things wrong with this statement. Initial cost of buying a CNG vehicle is very very high - as most of them are either brand new or recent model and must be imported from abroad. If Nigeria starts manufacturing them, it will be brand new and expensive. Converting your personal car is extremely risky and dangerous. Many people will get burnt. CNG is not even suitable for Nigerian climate to begin with

As far as Tinubu's Nigeria is concern, RIP to Dangote Refinery! Only aggressive exportation to other countries can safe Dangote Refinery the way things are going as some very powerful forces in and outside Nigeria are bent on frustrating the hell out of them 2 Likes |

It's just a matter of few months before the price of CNG catches up with the PMS as the demand increases . I that cooking gas was N350 per litres before but now over N1,200 depending on location. Truly, Nigeria I hail thee 5 Likes |

Mr President Human Development Index(HDI) is CNG,so LPG,AGO,Aviation fuel,DPK,fertilizers, improved varieties of crops, are out of the picture, only the interest of Mr President is being projected as if it is the interest of the populace. The factor keyed in against is anything that can be taxed in favour of consulting firm ,Alphabeta, from lagos to the country.

We don't want CNG... is it by force? Return the fuel to the amount it was before you took over the government. |

When fools speak.... It's obvious. Do car manufacturers manufacture cars for CNG in the first place? Nigerians hate the truth and prefer to live in lies. 4 Likes |

aariwa: You should endeavour to understand basic economics. There's what is called supply and demand. If there's enough supply of CNG, prices should stay low, aside Nigerian factors where greedy Nigerians (not government) hoard goods and arbitrarily increase prices in their cliques/cabal. This is different from petrol which is priced at global rates due to the crude oil. |

Cng is not safe here We don’t have a good maintenance culture in this part of the world People won’t embrace cng that much for fear of explosion Abi na danfo buses go embrace cng, which seems to be the most used means of transport in nigeria by the ordinary Nigerians? |

bitbillionaire: That's ridiculous. What's the percentage of people that will convert their cars or buy CNG cars. When will they convert? Are refineries in developed countries dead because of CNG and electric cars? Is petrol the only product in a refinery? Are refineries banned from exporting or have we not been importing for decades? Kindly engage your thoughts a little bit more. 1 Like |

Na God go punish Tpain. Convert your car to CNG at your own risk. With the heat we have in Nigeria here... News of CNG explosions is going to be recurrent particularly with this so called conversion. If it was a CNG vehicle built from scratch, it would have been a little better. One of the problems of our poor ineptitude leaders is that they don't contextualise their policies. They swallow everything hook, line and sinker from their slave master and demented brain. 1 Like |

dejavubobo1: It's a choice. People use cars from different types of energy in developed countries. Some use CNG, some electric, some petrol or diesel, some hybrid. You don't have to use the other option if you totally believe it's same thing or unsafe. i know of people who don't drive electric vehicles because they don't believe it's safe, there are people who would never use a motorcycle but rather walk. We're all different, don't blame it on government or business men. 2 Likes 1 Share |
