So they just increase our debt service, increase recurrent expenditure and have absolutely no increase in revenue

Obi solution is to borrow money

At this point in time, anyone coming in with any more simplistic solutions that do not include the initial massive overhauling of the existing system and uprooting of corruption from the bottom-up and top-down concurrently is only playing games with your mind. For instance, Obi would have strictly limited the access to cheap dollars to productive sectors like manufacturing, agriculture etc and would have monitored it personally.
