Just this few things we dey happy. As far as I know Onitsha still needs good development. Last month I ed through , the entrance was very bad . Dirty and potholes just full every where.The governor cannot even make it well structured . It was just like an abandoned establishment

That bridge is too low, and it was made low for a purpose! The web is replete with pictures of navigable rivers with bridges built to accommodate the age of ships!

Onitsha is one of the best places to live in Nigeria and Igboland in particular. Onitsha is cleaner than your slum glorified village state capital

My only concern is that the elders kept quiet when the project was ongoing.
For example, Lagos state has two Seaports. I believe that river connects to River state seaport? Barges can be transferred from Rivers to Onitsha ports.
This kind of wickedness can not be done in south west.

Honestly, I am not hating. I am just telling you the TRUTH. I care less about Lagos or Kano but as a Nigerian/foreigner, the WORST place to live in Nigeria is Onitsha.

It might be a bit safe for indigenes but definitely not for outsiders. So lawless set of people who are highly criminal. There is a place call Lagos garage area in Onitsha. That is the worst place any human alive who want to be.

You are free to tag me anything but I am sure people who are in Onitsha or have been there before will bear me witness that Onitsha remains the WORST place in Nigeria.

Onitsha is just 52 sq km according to google,it has no infrastructures like universities,stadia etc.Maybe it can be compared to Oyingbo-Yaba axis,only that the place is very much more developed than Onitsha.

On Onitsha, you are free to buy land, build whatever mansion or shopping plaza you want, do your business and leave with your host peacefully. Unlike Lagos that's no man's land.
