Go to your ed courses section and see if u see DROP ED COURSES/EXAMS. The last time I saw it, it was written COMING SOON.

Screenshot both places and send to MIS via email [email protected].
Go to site and make complaint to your department and attach the screenshots.

I had someone with similar issue (Maths and Computer Science), till now, the student is yet to graduate when he should have graduated since last year. We have filed complaints. MIS said the course is not meant for him and the department kept saying it's an outstanding. The reply from MIS is what we sent to the department and we are awaiting the next graduation list now, hoping that counts.

Go and swear affidavit and publish in the newspaper for change of name from the former to the present.
You will need to attach that to all your documents during verification and also, u have to the same.

Online facilitation will effectively commence on Monday, 7th October 2024.

E-Learning Portal
The e-learning portal is now up and online facilitation begins on October 7th. It's essential to have your e-learning portal set up. Returning students should use their existing . New students, keep an eye on your student email for your temporary .

Important Update on Student Portal Glitch
The issue of free credits or auto-semester registration in the student portal has been resolved by management. If you took advantage of this glitch, please check your portal again as everything has been reset to normal—NOUN doesn’t offer free bonuses! 😂

Key Reminder
"Your student email is the gateway to your portal." Without it, you won't be able to access most portal services.

I sent a mail to them to help redirect the payment but they said its not possible that i should apply for a refund. I have sent over 20 mails to the unit involved without reply. I need the money to appy for the student transcript. Any one with any info on how to go about this please. I paid via remmitta.

Anything REFUND takes time. How did you apply for the refund? And did you ask them how you were supposed to apply for the refund?

The truth is that, that issue will take time. My candid advice is that, if the deadline dey close,abeg, find money and apply for the one you want.

I doubt if this is possible because the field for the amount is not always editable while raising Remita for Transcript...Unless you click different thing other than within Nigeria.

He was supposed to apply for STUDENT COPY (10K)
But chose Within Nigeria Transcripts (15k)
He has paid the 15k and just realized that is not the one he needs.

Have you not used the online application system? There is no way that can be used for another person.
