You're asking wrong question, you should have asked how much he invested in education during his tenure and not incoherent question.
Meanwhile, the SUVs he bought he bought them when the economy was booming because after that he was able to save for the rainy day. He would not have tried buying such thing in a time of economy hardship.
Again, he bought the SUVs for the deserving monarchs and not those that have before. And not only that, he bought all at innoson and not from foreign owners, hence he used it to boost innoson business. You see the difference?
