Under normal circumstances, petrol should not be selling at the same price all over the country. For instance, it should sell cheaper in places like Lagos, Port Harcourt and Yenagoa. You have to factor in the transportation cost, except you assume it's free haulage.

Useless failed Nigerian government. Most of these problem can be solve by giving Nigerians uninterrupted power supply. Some small scale business owners shouldn’t have anything to do with fuel since they don’t have a car, if there is power supply. Failed useless country.
