Well, I sleep most of any flight anyways. My normal routine... once the plane begin to move, I pray, once the plane is airbourne and stable, I position myself to sleep with my ears plugged and face covered, I only wake up to eat, see a movie until sleep comes calling again. I no get time to dey raise my blood pressure unnecessarily.

The second engine of the aircraft is enough to land them safely and there's also the APU too but sha what can I say when the engers don't know any better than the aviation staffs.
