Harris will lose the rust belt states of Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, these states are populated with rural folks mainly white men and women who would never vote a female black woman for president, these same groups of people voted against Hilary Clinton a white female. These state control the crucial electoral votes to determine the winner.

Life isn't all about migrating to the USA or Europe. If the "powers that be" us in electing credible leaders, the japa syndrome will reduce. American Presidents have huge influence on our elections in Africa. A no-nonsense leaders like Trump is good for a world that is full of power hungry and morally bankrupt despots. Of all the traits that sells Trump's candidacy, eloquence is the furthest down on the list. He's blunt but certainly not eloquent. And bluntness in politics may be considered honest by some but it may also means the person doesn't filter his thoughts, which is not a good thing.

In past Presidential races, debates are set up almost a year in advance and the candidates just show up.
The debate was set for a date after Kamala would have been the nominee.

If you are determined to debate, does it matter who the nominee is in setting up a date.

Debates used to be set almost a year in advance of the election date by the Commision on Presidential Debates.
There was never a nominee when the date of the debate was scheduled.
