I have collected my order from speedaf everything intact after so much delay

After custom clear order it do take two days fr the item to get me me but this days I did not know want happen it took longer all the same I collected my order yesterday

Meaning the Item for different system.
I'm I going to first confirmed delivery before I Make my complains or what is Best way to Go about it?

If I were you, I'd do a video recording of the process of inserting the item into the pc slot. Through this , you'd be able to capture the details of how the item doesn't fit in. If the video file is to large, you can convert it to lesser format and as evidence.

Pictures alone may not be sufficient in this particular scenario.

Does the debit alert you received indicate the amount is for cross-border?

Paid for 3 different items 2 days ago, but them no charge me extra fee. Even my card balance is still intact.

Please can anyone put me through how to do this as a business…. I see a lot of products that can sell fast in Nigeria here on AliExpress with Facebook and iG promotions. Pls if you can put me through kindly chat me on WhatsApp 09125138212… or quote me here

Does anybody know the right email or medium to complain about speedaf to the AliExpress management team.
I complained to speedaf about the wzl delay and they said that the packages are being processed .
When there are no protests when something stupid is done, the perpetrator continues. We should complain to AliExpress about the shocking shoddy service speedaf is now providing .They might damage AliExpress's reputation.

Speedaf doesn't process returned item. NIPOST is the only acceptable courier for returning item, any other courier must be agreed to buy the seller.

No, my card transactions don't show anything other than actual money(USD) spent. But I just got series of emails saying I should top up because they will be deducting cross-border on those purchases.

There's no payment tab in the screenshot you shared. Besides, who's paying who here? You've agreed to return and refund, right? If that's the case, you've got no biz with payment option. What Ali needs is you sending the item within the timeline stipulated, share them the tracking details. Once seller receives the item, AliExpress will refund you.

Hence, forget payment option as it's of no use here at all.
