- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Division.

- Completion of NYSC with a valid certificate or an exemption letter.

In addition, candidates should demonstrate the following attributes:
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity and a great appetite for learning.
- Good appreciation of working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- High level of pro-activity and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage own workload.
