Zelensky ed a decree mandating all males from 18-60 to report for mobilization at the risk of heavy fines and prison .

The Ukraine is the only country that is keeping its borders closed for its citizens.

Zelensky has also secured agreements with EU states to repartriate all males who left the country but he has refused to get Israel to deport the Ukrainian Jews who fled the country before the war started.
