I was hoping to short her before if it was able to break the and retest it and break the low created while it was broken. But she said no, she wanted to head up, I told her fine, go up but I won't long you until you've broken the former turned resistance and retest it and break your recent high created when you initially broke the resistance.

The arrow below illustrates what I'm talking about better. Wanna try my hands a little on swings.

This is frustrating.. 3 weeks of no low risk setup. The ones I've been seeing will take me back to DD if Sl hit as price failed to come for a deep retest. Even if its going to take a month to find good trade.. I will wait

Guys, check GU out. It's been stuck in a 20pips range since Monday. The H1 has been in an uptrend for a while now. So for we short time traders. There's huge buying opportunities if it breaks out of that range. Because if you look to your left, nothing is holding it from not climbing up and the next supply zone is 70pips away.

We will see, fingers crossed.

WTI oil prices (XTIUSD) today are trading at around 78.06. Yesterday the price drew a bearish candle with a high of 79.19 and a low of 77.59.
On the daily timeframe, oil prices move between the middle and lower band lines below the 80 price level. oil prices continued their decline and drew a bearish candlestick amid hawkish statements from Fed officials regarding keeping interest rates higher for longer. On the other hand, US oil supplies increased this week by 2.48 million barrels at the end of May 10 according to The American Petroleum Institute (API).

The news did change my bias, if today closes bearish, I will short her.

Wow! well thought out analysis, thumb up. I like how you envisage how the coming news might affect the pair. The BUY signal is now duly activated. It will surely take out yesterday high soon, where i will likely add more to long positions.

The market did exactly what you said, I almost got stopped out.

Luck is also part of this business, this is not saying trading based on luck without any strategy but the luck of you seeing 2 excellent setups and the one you decided to choose from the 2 is the winner while the other is a looser.

Looking at this GBPCAD chart, I would have lost a lot of money from both buying and selling. Cause those are the setup I like to see to buy or sell but both failed. The market has really dealt with both buyers and sellers. Luck has made me not check the chart at all cause I will risk big on those 2 failed setups.

Now I'm more convinced that it's ready for a buy and give buying a trial by next week, if the first setup failed, I ll wait for the second one same TP.

I ll keep you posted on how it goes

Being aggressive has lot of disadvantages too, you know this too, reason why you didn't immediately after the breakout. This is one of those trades that makes one regret his stand, but we shouldn't.
For example, I don't look at profitable trades I missed for being conservative, but instead look at losing trades I missed for not being aggressive.

That way, you won't even feel disappointed anymore with this type of scenario boss man.

The price action is not looking good from a long perspective. Price is finding it hard to go retest the high it first created, anything that would make it break this low means, it's about reversing. Instead of being kicked out at BE, why not take something along


Modified: Price respected, didn't come down, and went up instead to break the previous high. But it has gotten to that zone I mentioned I would be watching for reactions around. Trailed the SL and I've been taken out at a better price. Didn't hit full 1:2rr TP, but still left with a 1:1.1rr.

Thanks brother. We've missed enuf good setup and we ll still continue to miss. That's what we face sometimes in this business of constant uncertainty. But it's a beautiful pain, FOMO kills faster than anything so we have to deal with it by staying loyal to our entry and exit strategy.

Another alternative is, if market finds , and wants to start climbing back, you can enter and take profit at that high created. But it's just less stressful waiting for price break and retest and continuation, then . They are the easiest trades to be in.
