There are some Meals I have NOT Eaten for a Very LONG time. I Have even Forgotten they Exist.   *Yam (I don't think I have eaten Yam this Year). *Spaghetti *Macaroni *Plantains *Sardine *Barbecue *Suya (Can't the last time I saw it) *Peak Milk, Milo and Bournvita to Make Tea. I have stopped eating sardines, switched to corned beef. The price of Youghourt has really increased but I can't stop it because I need it for replenishment due to my high consumption of toto  Malta Guiness I bought for 6K per pack in December 2023, my people it is being sold for almost 12K per pack now but I must buy it so that the ministry can continue
