He should be deported ASAP. The law is no respecter of persons.
Deported ti where? Not to Nigeria. After years of not returning here he wants to come add pressure to his family and nation at old age. He paid taxes all those years to UK government, the government should take care of him

You're nothing but a tribalist.
chigator2:

Abi... Surely he must have worked 20 active years for the economy. Doesn't he have wife or kids there. Didn't he get his residency papers all this while ?

Well Yorubas are steadily becoming miscreants in that UK.

38 years in that place.
Wooow!
The man try.
I can't spend a year in the United Kingdom.
I hate that place.
Let's not decieve ourselves, Lagos is where life is a party..if you get money. Eko dun abegi 😗

Nigerans have eyes but can't see.
Yeah, majority of us know so.

Our leaders are the ones falling our hands, making legitimate children accepting (and paying) to slave away over there, sad.

United Kingdom and Deportation na 5 & 6.
This man's issue is the least of problems the United States will be having to contend with..
In Fact they will get him a Speech and occupational therapist and encourage him not to return to Nigeria.
Anything short of the United States count me out

Please avoid UK japa unless you have absolutely no option

The US won’t touch you after that long unless you commit a crime

The UK is overrated

Simple.
The United States has close to 14 Million Illegals parading everywhere, some contributing their quota too

Many may be going through this, but the cries from here may be what rekindles their hope to stay put over there.

What’s with all these sentiments? Where he slept and who he has isn’t the issue for his deportation. What did he do to be deported? What’s the stamp that was forged on his port? What is his citizenship status? This is poor journalism. You want us to feel sorry for him, okay, we are sorry!

38 years!
No life
No family
No possession

In a land of possibilities...

The man no try for himself at all.

Believe it or not, virtually every japa story ends with some sort of nastiness. After living abroad for years you come to a point regretting one thing or other about leaving your homeland but realise it's too late to turn back the hands of the clock.

1) Suffering has made him look older than 61 years

2) How couldn't he secure a permanent residency or even citizenship despite being in the UK for decades? I thought it's 10 years max

Too bad for him

The man will not be deported because according to the story his former solicitors didn't give him a solid presentation or make strong case on his behalf before the court of law.

Her father spends ¾ of his pension on Egusi, dried packaged fish, garri and such.
She can't stop talking about Ojota.

He should just remain where he chose to call home. There is too much problem in Nigeria at the moment. How do u leave and not look back in 38 years? They should show him mercy and let him live out the rest of his life in the place he has called home.

I will be frank here.

See as Baba squeeze face like person wey shiit for body during water scarcity.

His sour face is because of the prospects of returning to Ekiti and seeing typical Nigerians and their animalistic disorderliness grin

I laughed small 🤣 😂 where Baba claimed his old lawyers were the ones who put a fake port stamp for him. This man na criminal, I can bet he knew about it 😂 🤣

No lawyer even if you're fvcking him/her will love you to the extent of stretching his / her neck to that extent. Forget am.

It baffles me oo. Somebody that was living in UK since 1986 suddenly became homeless, without a family. Don't he have savings? I feel that this is the type of people who feels that they are no longer coming to live in Nigeria cos if am not mistaking, he should have saved, built houses in Nigeria, have investment in Nigeria where he will enjoy in his old age. Now out of one thing or the other, these people don't want him to remain in UK now that he needed their services for the old and sick. And they want to dump him in Nigeria.

The papa should come back home with the £6000 relocation assistance money if he's qualified as they often give asylum seekers deported to Rwanda and start something with it in Nigeria. Wetin he dey do for UK at 61?
