I'm so heartbroken seeing a rottweiler hanging by the chain to the neck. I couldn't imaging rope talk less of Chain.
Last week Sunday I had similar experience, went to market to purchase a live chicken. The hen was placed in the bagco sack with a porification to enable the hen pop out the head and catch some air.
When I got home I showed the hen to my little baby of 5 months and my lovely partner. They were happy and I decided to go buy some juice. I quickly hung the sack on the bulgalar hoping that the sack is just hanging and not the hen.
As I got home I saw a lifeless hen with the neck outside the sack. I was devastated and quickly ran and brought a knife to cut the throat. Luckily its barely seconds it gave up and blood drip out.
I did justice to the final part this morning.

My friend keep quite. The Dog most likely went through the gaps on the iron protector. Unfortunately he/she was still chained and ultimately hanged himself/herself. The owner was reckless.
