It's been over 2 weeks now after applying but I'm yet to hear back from them. I applied for the BA role. Anyone else in this shoe?

Could it be that the number of applicants are too low? Because it appears most people were not aware of it

I don't think that is the case. No IOC would put out any job advert without getting overwhelmed with applications in the first week of it's announcement.

Nothing from them. From my dashboard it still shows "Application received".

We wait till they shortlist

There's been no update on this role till today.

Hopefully they start shortlisting at the end of the month

Still hoping on getting an update from Exxon Mobil

It's over a month after application and there's no update, no test invite. Anybody with an idea how this is supposed to pan out? Is it like other Exxon recruitment where we should be expecting a test invite or it's going to be just straight interview.

It would be nice if someone that has an idea on Exxon recruitment help to shed more light. I think they will do a test invite depending on the urgency of getting the positions filled. Keeping fingers crossed
