I love the fact that Nigerians are breaking different records in GWR books but I don't understand why everyone who breaks a record must meet with some state governors, some even get cars and monetary gifts from some governors and I wonder how it's so easy for our governors to withdraw money from the state's s for issues that have no economic benefit.

I would also like to know if the world record holders from the US and some European countries also run to government house once they break or set a record. Like imagine a man from Florida breaking a record and the next picture you see is the Governor of Florida meeting with the man and even gifting him a car or money

Please I'm not criticizing, I'm just stating my observations.
