My port is expired last year and now lost. I don’t have a copy of it. Someone should kindly put me through. Renewal or re-issue, which one will I do? And what’s the requirements?

Reissue. You might need to visit the nearest port office for more information.

...Nigerian port must have six months validity before it can be renewed. Please note that you must present proof of citizenship or indigenship before your port is renewed. The proof of citizenship or indigenship is a new requirement for port renewal applicants...

Good day, please I tried applying for a new port with my NIN and it displayed the image attached here. What do I do please?

Please I need the website to apply for a fresh port because the website I used for my son's fresh port did not request for letter of origin. I need the website because I want to be sure I am on the right website so I do not fill on a wrong page since I'm filling it myself.
Also, my birth certificate that I have is before 1990 and has Lagos states birth certificate as the subhead. Do I need an affidavit for age declaration or should I go ahead and use the old Lagos state birth certificate that I have?

I went to Alausa port office today to collect my port and I was told its still not available, i captured since 18th of January and when i tracked it since February it has been showing port issued/produced but I've been busy to fo and collect it, only for me to go today and i was told its still not available that i should check back in 2weeks time, what could be wrong its over 3months already, I'm really angry right now

It's either your NIN is not Validated, Suspended or No Record found. Visit NIN accredited agent near you to know the exact issue with your NIN.

Thank you for responding. I actually visited one of their agents in my neighborhood and I was told it's suspended. However, I want to be sure I am not making any mistake by patronizing them because I was told NIN should only be done at Alausa. My questions are:
1. Is it only done at Alausa?
2. Do these agent also do a credible work that will be accepted in the NIN portal? Cos I did mine with one of these agents and now my NIN is suspended.

I was at the immigration office today, its 6 weeks already after I captured so I decided to go check if my port is ready. Visit the nearest NIMC office for resolution.

Ahhh!! That's bull shit. Normally, no doubt your port is ready probably the officers are too lazy to check weller . Me wey do capturing on March 28th now I'm starting to doubt my collection by next month.

I recommend you check at the NIS center you did the registration it might be ready for collection. I googled the error and someone on Nairaland said the port is ready if it shows that. I did my capturing today in Berlin, I was able to track it immediately I was done and it showed port in production and now it returns the same error as yours.

Good Evening, I had the same issue and was on it from December last year till March this year. NIN was suspended mostly because of IPE [Internal Processing Error]. I didn't visit NIMC Alausa at all, because it was crowded and that was when NIN Agent was suspended.

You can do it at any accredited agent's office. However, do not do non-appearance registration, they are mostly scams and cause more issues. I did mine for 7k and sorted it out within a week.

Before then I paid 15k to the guy beside the port office at Alausa but he stalled me for 3 months, and I had to request a refund.

Ensure you go to a physical office, do not let the online agents scam you.

Reissuing. But note; Your port remains on the immigration officer system. They might ask you to provide the old one or police report when issuing another one. While filling the port form online, make sure all name matches the old one. If not, it will show as if you are trying to manipulate the system.
