The "coming weeks'' is my issue here. It can be as long as December and politicians will surely try to dabaru everything the more the payment is being delayed.

I believe one million people can be paid in one week after all they are not using POS machines like npower did. It use to take Npower up to three months before they finish paying a month stipend, yet they will still omit a lot of people.
