You yourself said human development index. How many people did Obi groom to higher position and still relevant today? Among the people that work for Obi how many of them are still relevant in Anambra or federal politics? Meanwhile Tinubu has sponsored LG Chaimen, State govs, Vice President and even Presidents. So, what human development did Obi do when he was gov ? See why I see him as a failure. A good leader helps others to make progress in life and career . The current Oba Oniru of Iru and current IGP worked directly with Tinubu as orderly and Tinubu saw to their upliftment. That is excellent leadership. Nobody who worked close to Tinubu and didn't experience progress.
