You cannot pay with naira debit card. If you have the right documentation and time is on your hand you can approach your bank and fill form A. Otherwise you buy USD from parallel market deposit into your dom and your bank transfer to school via convera using details on the invoice

But form A is buying USD with CBN which is now almost the same with black market.

I have like $8K that I deposited in my dom in 2022, if I print my 6 months statement of , that amount won't show, and my statement of will just be blank because it's been long I deposited in the .

Should I forward a LOE for the lump sum done I long time ago should I just print and attach it like that.

It is possible. Flywire, PayMyTuition, and Convera allow students to pay tuition in naira via bank transfer, mobile app, or card payment. Before you proceed, check your LOA to see the financial institution partnering with your DLI for tuition collection.

For those already in Canada and with a valid study permit or who want to extend doesn't need PAL, PAL is to put a CAP in international student entry Canada. It affect new applicants

Is it all colleges or universities refund the tuition fee if they refuse the visa?

Each College/University has their refund policy, so check the one you are interested in to know what theirs is. Most will refund when you have been refused a visa but they will deduct istrative charges.

The applicant is supposed to select "university Masters" when filling out the the IRCC form ...if it's new portal that was used
