Improperly ed cables increases resistances and hence voltage drop, but properly ed cable has less resistance and hence negligible voltage drop. Also waterproof your t if t is exposed to moisture or elements.

Yes, I have. It happened to Icell-power inverter. I installed it and did earthing, only for the client to call an electrician who worked on the system after 4years, since I couldn't get to him in about a week. He by the earthing I did, the first rain of that year knocked the inverter out. This was an installation of 4 years old.

Please is the icell stand alone?

You would need another array of 10x550w s connected to an MPPT 80A-120A range added to your setup. Because your planned capacity cannot float your 5.12KWh battery in 5 hours (10am-3pm) at NOTC while powering these loads you have mentioned during the day.
Secondly, your 5.12KWh battery Bank cannot power all the loads you mentioned throughout sun down hours, say 5pm to 7am (13hrs). You must reduce your consumption during sun down to about 390w or less to be able to use your battery to the next morning.

As for your AC, you need to tabulate the wattage rating of your appliances to see what and what you can power simultaneously without overloading your setup.

Your load is too much for your battery, the minimum is 10kwh. Na you won use AC 24hrs. Pañels size is ok for a 10kwh battery.

I read it wrong, use it during the afternoon, from 12noon to 6pm. This depends on how low you depleted your battery over night.
I work Mon to Fri and away from home 7.30am to 8pm. It is really the weekends and ocassional public holidays I am worried about.

Add external MPPT between 80A, 100A or 120A to accept the second array.
Since your inverter is possibly has 1 MPPT, and might have a PV limit of 6000w max, it's can't charge your battery and power your loads at the same time during sun up. This is because the load you mentioned is between medium to high load, introducing an external MPPT to the setup takes care of the charging during the day. While the inverter utilizes the array connected to it to power your loads and will still charge the battery if your load reduces.

I believe one of the problem you're having with your setup is your charging system.

Get an mppt charge controller like powmr and install, then confirm if the battery will still perform that poorly.

Again your inverter should be among the earlier models of Felicity inverters that are not that efficient (their self consumption are over 100w) and from the pictures you shared it looks like a used inverter that was repaired at some point.

On a good day you should be generating over 4kwh from your s which should be able to run your AC for 5 to 6 hours a day (I run my AC from 11am to 4pm).

For the fridge you can reduce the thermostat to allow for night usage then as for the rest you can use, monitor and adjust your loads based on your battery drainage.

But if you can, get a 10kwh or 7.6kwh battery.

The two key words you have used here, "budget and management" do not really corresponding with the energy demand listed here. Lol.
I will advise you reduce your loads so that you will be able to manage the entire system effectively.
AC can come up by 12 noon on sunny days and go off by 3. If you mistakenly keep the AC on till 4, part of the stored energy in the battery would be removed to the running of the 2hp AC and the stored energy left in the battery may not sustain you till the following day depending on your night loads.
Though the watts of the fridge and water dispenser are unknown but I would advise you should keep them on over night.
Try and reduce the the number of the energy bulk at night.
Whenever the weather is not friendly, do not think of putting on the AC. I hope you have done enough research on that inverter.

The sms inverter has a 2kva/1.6kwh hybrid inverter... 80amp mppt charger but then u sudnt expect much from it. I get abt 400watts with a 900watt array so dunno if its my tilt angle or the mppt efficiency

Only use the AC whenever your batteries are fully charged or getting close to being fully charged and on clear weather/sunny days majorly. The rest of the load is fine.
Forget night usage on AC until you're able to increase your battery capacity to at least 15kwh. Again, the rest of the load is fine for your intended use. Day and night

Is this your setup an OFF-GRID or Will you still DEPEND ON GRID sometimes?
Because from all other suggestions you are getting, people are ignoring to do a math on how you intend to recharge your 5.12KWh Battery Bank and Power your LOADS at the same time with a less than 5.5KWp Array if you are planning an OFF-GRIS setup. (Oh yes, just because your are installing 10x500w doesn't mean you will get 5.5KWp, don't say I didn't warn you)

My suggestions to you were based on OFF-GRID Setup.

Matter of fact any solar setup that cannot work 100% off-grid still makes you a slave of the grid.

What is worth doing is worth done well.

Thanks. A lot of things to consider. First, don't know if my landlord will allow up to 20 solar s on the roof. He will allow 10 for sure but 20 is a lot. Second is also the financial factor. But your proposed design makes a lot of sense to me.

Ask @Zeestone99 or @Valto, they have posted it here few pages back and I have seen some YouTubers put the inverter to action and it performed accordingly and also it batteryless function didn't disappoint.

Note that you shouldn't load it more than 80% of rated capacity.

Even a posted few days ago on how they fixed his SMS inverter for him under warranty and even apologized on top it.

Repairs is the reason some people fear hybrid and also it's like putting your eggs in one basket 🧺

TBH hybrid is the way to go, am not saying Standalone is bad either but few points have been stated above on its merits.

Pls what's your experience using a batteryless inverter (bought Felicity inverter IVEM3024LI).... saw some post around 2022 you mentioned using a batteryless inverter.
