Block 2000*400= 800000
Cement for all works =8000*100=800000
Roofing 1300000
Rod 200000
Stone 120000
Tiles 400000
Plumbing 400000
Eletrical work surface 250000

If you intend to build a house, please don't waste your money building 2 bedrooms and a parlour. Try make it up to 3 bedrooms and a parlour.

Budget 9 million for the parlour and 2 bedrooms
minus cost of land o. Used to be 1 million per room but with current inflation, budget 3m per room.

You must not have all the money to start but this is too small make it 3 or 4 rooms . Put in 1.5m yearly and you can complete in 3 to 5 yrs

It all depends on finishing, if you want a basic house it will cost way less without all those modern facilities in houses (No pop, tiles only in sitting room, normal wooden doors, normal ceiling, you can cut out alot when on tight budget).

Yeah if one can't build it once one can do it gradually only disadvantage is price of things this year will not be the same next year

1m you are funny bro.
Wiring alone will take about 600k plus for that house alone.

Give or take just budget around 8 plus.

Chai..

It all depends on the standard you want to portray;

You can spend 4 to 5m (manageable setting).

You can spend 8m on better standard, and you can still spend 10m + that's on a proper government allocated land plus building approval!

The way you spend in setting up the place will determine the activities you'll spend inside it.
