Moreover, if anything should go south while creating another , the Agent will definitely put the blame on me.

U r not creating another acc to track ur application. U r simply creating acc in d tracking app.
If u have access to d mail u used in ur application,u can easily create an acc in d tracker. Y u need d mail is cos a code will b sent to d mail for u to create d acc. But if u don't HV access to d mail, it won't work

Biometrics submitted for a visa application for a country can be used only for that country.

Let's say you are applying for visas to Canada and (Schengen). This will require you to provide two biometrics at the VFS location, one for and the other for Canada.

The VFS cannot transfer the biometrics you used for the visa application to Canada for your Canadian visa application.
 
I believe your friend is trying to tell you that you can give biometrics for a Canada visa at any Canada visa application center (VAC or VFS) worldwide, regardless of where or which country the application is or was submitted.

For example, you can submit your Canada visa application here in Nigeria but do your biometrics at any Canada VFS application center worldwide.

You can arrive because with the current accommodation problem in Canada, you need time to settle down and search for accommodation, get a car before school resumes. And that will be your reason at the POE, and the border officer will understand if the airline carries you because some airlines do IRCC's self-assessment. Additionally, your spouse cannot work until school resumes as a student and you should hold evidence of your fees or how you plan to pay your school fees. There is more checking of fees at the border now as more students are dropping out of school due to financial issues, as getting jobs is becoming harder in canada now.

I know someone that use the fake visa to successful get to Canada poe he declare asylum, they gave him work permit and he enjoy his stay for 1 year after his case was review they denied his asylum claim. Because of the fake visa. He was deported back to Nigeria. What am trying to say is don't ever buy fake visa stamp because it will not end well. Even if you get to Canada successfully you will still be deported. This person case was 9years ago. Presently you will not succeed getting to Canada. With fake stamp

Don’t try it. You will earn 10year ban, no boarding for u. The same format was use for me a year ago. The agent says it Canada non appearance visit visa. I refused Flying after google search, Someone I know who did try to fly was caught and banned. It a fake visa sticker. No one will take u to flight and it a 50/50 chance. If u are able to fly, they may only drop u at any country in Schengen region. The connecting flight will never pick u. Ur fate begin from there either u get deport to Nigeria back, then de say it ur luck, no refund again. Or if u call them they tell u to declare asylum in d country u transiting in. If u can’t or present at biometrics center most likely it fake. Save ursef this mental stress, call for refund. All this format no longer work. It 2024

Thanks bro..same thing happened to me 2days ago. Have been on this application sincce September 2023 and this guy refused to drop details and all and he won't pick calls nor return chats anymore until I carry DSS and soldiers go meet am o.. only to see that they've refused my visa since February and he didn't tell me. Anytime you hear agent, my brother run run run o. They can ruin ones life..

My one cent tho.

I will encourage u to try it out. If it has been opened b4, u will knw.

From d paper u used to attend biometrics. U will see ur UCI and application number there

I have gone through the document repeatedly but I did not see any UCI, just application number, IRCC number, biometric ID I saw

Check the ''Biometric Instruction Letter'' again, you will see the UCI and Application number on the first page of the paper above your home address.
