The Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima has just arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. He is expected to depart shortly for Katsina State, where he is scheduled to visit former President Muhammadu Buhari in his hometown of Daura.

The Vice President's itinerary also includes courtesy calls on the Emirs of Daura and Katsina.
