I have visited most of the states in Nigeria and spent some time there, and I can factually say that the things they say about Calabar people are not true.

All Nigerians gbensh alike, whether from Akwa Ibom, Calabar, Bayelsa, Igala, Igbo, or Yoruba; everyone does it consistently like rabbits.

He’s my cousin’s son. He is not from Akwa Ibom. He is from Adiabo (Ikot Okon) in Odukpani LGA on the outskirts of Calabar. His dad is the Rtd Colonel Moses Effiong who was wrongly accused of being involved in the Mamman Vatsa coup attempt in 1988. His late mum is from Benin.
