The emilokan gang, in making their case for why presidency should return to the south, said it’s the turn of the south after Buhari/north did 8 years! Note….they said south and not Yoruba/south-west! So we know they believe in zoning! There are three major ethnicities or political blocks:Igbo, Yoruba and Fulani/Hausa (correct me if i’m wrong on this), and since 1960, a Igbo has held the position of head of state and gov’t only for a few months during the Ironsi period! However, the other two major ethnic groups or political blocks have held at least two full in democratic dispensations, as well as produced military heads of state! Knowing all this, shouldn’t the other major ethnic group in the south have ed a Igbo they feel is capable as their preferred choice for the 2023 presidential election?
