Go to your NIPOST with the tracking number. Some NIPOST stations won't call you for uned parcels. Go check. That item must be with your nearest PO as it's almost 2 months now.

Hello guys, i'm having problem applying coupon(s) on Aliexpress, it just started recently, any coupon i apply even if its one that came out 1hr ago or any store i try to apply any coupon, it won't apply the codes for security reasons, since i started using Aliexpress, this is the first time i'm experiencing something like this, this is confusing as i've been the only one using my since i opened it & haven't messed around with anything that might warrant security concerns, how can i fix this, there are sales going on & more to come next Month, i don't want to miss out on those great promo codes & coupons

However i have more concern over this repeating itself rather than just once, same thing happened on January with different promo codes, now on this February again, same thing with different new codes & they are codes i applied barely 1 hr after they came out

Same security issue reasons, that's where my worries are more than the codes, does something of this nature mean that Aliexpress has banned me from using coupons...even in future?

I don't know and not sure there's anything wrong. You won't get any update until available for delivery (pick-up notification or unsuccessful delivery update). North takes about 2/3 weeks while SW is about a week. Lagos is usually within 72hrs.

Please, peeps should know that not all arrival in 9ja means the item is in 9ja o. I've had 2 instances now that tracking shows arrival in Lagos air but my IMPC said the 2 items never arrived 9ja. So, e get as e be sometimes.

But that lies the issue, i'm only accessing it from one smartphone through Aliexpress app, or do you think this issue occurred because i used to test different coupons on different products to see which ones will work especially during sales

and your card hasn't been used on another ? I had that experience last year; this and some of my yet to be shipped orders were cancelled while new ones can't be initiated cuz na immediate cancellation.

Testing coupon codes on products doesn't create security challenge because I do it too. However, you can try the following fix:

1. Clear your aliexpress app cache and data. If it doesn't help, then number
2 fix is probably the major cause of the error.

2. Limited coupon codes:- you may have to apply another coupon code if available because I've discovered that Aliexpress codes have limited number of uses per day or for the whole sales period, depending on the type of codes available. In order worlds, the code you're trying to apply is no longer available for use either on the particular day you tried to use it or for the maiming days of their February (Valentine) sales.
