Which of these countries are very likely to offer one a visa smoothly without hassles to birth a child? I am aware Canada has added to her rules thereby making them very stringent to meet. Likewise the USA. But, we are still willing to try despite the stringent requirements (last we checked). We are looking at either Brazil or Mexico presently and hoping that they grant us a visa. Thing is, the back and forth has been very exhausting inclusive of the hefty financial commitments. But, we still have our minds and eyes on Canada and the US especially Canada if there are easier ways to help us forge through with ease. If there are other countries we can try that you know of that do not have "too much" stringent requirements and will offer citizenship (with strong values) by birth, please, kindly state them. It would interest me to know. So, do kindly share. Thanks. Cc: Justwise 4 Likes |

Better to go to Mexico. The Brazilian port is stronger but the Mexican port offers more opportunities. For instance, Mexicans are eligible for the TN visa. The same visa that Canadians use to work in the US. As a mexican citizen, you only need to live in Spain for 2 years to get Spanish citizenship and Spain is the strongest port in the world now. The port of mexico can be gotten 2 years after you birth your child there. But definitely try the US and Canada first but if they can't work then mexico it is. It's the only port that gives you access to both of those countries. With Brazil port you will still need visa and Brazil doesn't really have any friendly agreements with the US or Canada at the moment 18 Likes 2 Shares |

tensazangetsu20: Oh, thanks. This is insightful. We will look at Mexico even though we have had Canada in mind all along but for their stringent rules. It just seems as though Brazil is about the easiest to pull through amongst them all. We will keep trying. Thanks, tensazangetsu. 2 Likes |

UyaiIncomparabl: You don't need a Mexican visa to visit mexico and birth your child there. You can get a UK visa which should be the easiest to get in Nigeria and use it to travel to Mexico and birth there. 14 Likes 1 Share |

UyaiIncomparabl:If you give birth in Brazil, you can get PR for the entire family. The port is very strong too But mexico is also good if you can get there from Naija. You can also try Argentina. All these countries have very good ports 5 Likes 1 Share |

I'm currently in the US. It's undoubtedly the best if you can get here. But the stress of getting a US visa is most likely the hardest amongst the countries you mentioned. Why don't you try Saint Kitts and Nevis? Their port is strong, allowing you to travel to 158 countries visa-free including the UK. 11 Likes |

tensazangetsu20:So if a man n his wife birth in Mexico, after 1 year can get citizenship? |
tensazangetsu20(m): 2:18am On Feb 04, 2024 |
peleson1: Yes, giving birth to a child in mexico confers permanent residency on the whole family and after two years you can apply for a port. The baby born can get the port the same day. 14 Likes 2 Shares |

ValCon888: Visa free travel majorly favours business people, not regular folks. Gerrard59: As for the Caribbean, better Grenada than St Nevis. Grenada leads to the EB2 abi EB3 visa to work and invest in the US. Your aim in life should be majorly economics. Look for the greatest ways to maximise economic opportunities. 15 Likes 2 Shares |

OP, it depends on various factors such as your travel history and finances. Getting a U.S. visa has always been about luck. Canada has become more stringent since so many Nigerians are migrating to their country. Brazil and Mexico are easier as not too many Nigerians visit those countries. Finance plays a big part in birth tourism. Do you have the finances to cover having a child in Canada/US? Like Tenza and Gerrard have suggested, it would be wiser to have your child in either Brazil/Mexico. In Brazil, the parents of a child born there become permanent residents within 2 years. The cost of having a child there is cheaper than Canada/U.S. A Brazilian port grants it's citizens visa-free access to 173 countries including Europe and Latin America. Brazilians have freedom of movement to live and work in Portugal. Mexico is also good as Brazil. Mexican citizens have visa free access to 165 countries including Canada, Europe and Japan. Mexican citizens are also entitled to Spanish citizenship after two years of residency. As a Mexican citizen, you or your child will be eligible for TN status which allows citizens of Canada and Mexico to work in America under specific professions. If I were you, I would have my child in Brazil/Mexico before Nigerians become aware of the advantages of going to those countries. UyaiIncomparabl: 10 Likes 5 Shares |

Brazil and mexico visa os now very hard to get. Even if you use a uk or schenge visa to travel to mexico, you will be turned back at the point of entry. No one wants Nigerians again, its pathetic
