All I'm saying is environment is very important for any coach to be calm and focused on their primary job.

Unfortunately, Barça's environment hasn't been healthy for the past 9 years for coaches and players alike to thrive.

Just look at Manchester United and see how the environment is consuming everyone and everything in its path since Ferguson left the club.

Just like the English club, We've been engulfed in football and institutional crises for the better part of a decade now. It's not a given that a world class coach can have an instant impact.
