Be careful when you tick locked garage etc etc ..... If vehicle is stolen at home and the insurance assessor checks your property and vehicle was parked on the road........

Your insurance would be voided......... Oti je gbèsè ní yín ...... Ka shiga bashi......... eji m ụgwọ........ 😁🤣😜

It seems this thread is full of moneybags or people who’ve been in the UK for decades and are so comfortable they’ve forgotten what it is to be a “bargain hunter”. Let me state that I’m not asking the OP to lie. For example, I have the option of parking in a locked garage or on a drive, and I use both depending on the date… so which one should I put on my application? Same thing with where is the car parked overnight…if you share your time between 2 locations, go with the safe neighborhood. Also, you can add a second driver who’s more experienced with many years with a full UK licence and that would reduce your , which is perfectly legal. So many things that could be done without lying. So many more examples. To each his own sha. Peace

No one is against bargain hunting. When it comes to insurance, you can put anything on the form to get a good bargain & you will get away with it.
It’s when you need to make a claim that it will matter.
If you like, put that you park overnight at Buckingham palace or No 12 Downing Street. That may lower your . The day the car gets stolen while parked overnight on the driveway of your ‘other’ location in Peckham or Lewisham or Barking or Slough or Eastham or Ilford. That is when you will face the real cost of bargain hunt.

Hello,

Please can suggest any organization that does training for Salesforce . Thanks.

Unfortunately I am more of DIY kind off person. Thats why I pointed you in the direction of trailhead where you can get all you need. Some one else highlighted trailhead too. After going through trailhead you can on clicked, where you will do practical salesforce projects. Get grouped with other people around the world and do hands on projects.

Short answer: No. it’s not only you.
It appears HO is checking if the new 🆕 Job you got actually exists and will actually have real shifts for you.
Plus, if your new company is not CQC-accredited, na bigger palava be that.

Hi, please I need your advice, my wife's company who is willing to sponsor has refused to issue the COS because our brp still show September 2024 although my wife has opted out of the 2yrs course and graduated . Hopefully our visa would be curtailed in few days. Since the company has refused to issue Cos due to above reason and we have we days for our visa to be curtailed. Can only my wife switch to PSW to avoid missing out since the company wants to see evidence of visa curtailment, then the dependant can switch when the COS is ready.

When you said curtailed, curtailed by who? The Home office? Or the school?

The last bit of your post is so confusing.
Between you & your wife who is the student?
Who has a COS pending?
The school does not need to curtail your wife’s visa at all. The school only needs to confirm to your wife. In writing that she has completed her studies. Once that is confirmed, any company can give her a CoS for any type of SWV.

To summarise:
Your wife should get a letter of confirmation of completion of studies from her school. It is that confirmation that is required for a switch, not a BRP end date.

I don’t think it is a must to an evidence to location as of my last application, we didn’t do that, we only used same address.
MichaelUde:

Check that graduate visa factsheet well o. I know that as part of any application you make for a skilled worker dependant you have to show that you and your spouse are living at the same address (I usually council tax bill for that), so make sure that the graduate dependant visa doesn't have the same requirement. I think it does have a requirement for living together. See if you can add her name to one of your utility bills or something.

So in your opinion, it’s better to cover the worst case scenario in all situations, even though it’s a 50/50 decision. Like I said, to each his own….all depends on your appetite risk — if you want to cover the risk of next pandemic it’s fine. However, coming from a country where we buy 10,000 naira third party insurance for cars worth millions to coming to the UK and covering worst case scenarios for expensive car insurance is a big change. Especially when most people won’t claim anything (normal probability of insurance). In my opinion, the main focus of a new migrant who wants to be mobile, is finding the cheapest insurance, legally (without lying). Goodluck! I’ve not claimed a dime for over 2yrs.

In insurance, you are safer providing worse case scenarios answers otherwise you may not be as insured as you thought. Also, most answers to insurance questions are not subjetive, you have to give the correct answers, for subjective answers, they usually provide guides. E.g for home insurance where they ask if you use the house for business purposes, they will tell you to click no if it's only work from home you do.

One way to reduce your is by increasing your voluntary excess, besides that, it can be costly if you try to provide smart answers instead of accurate answers.

They can ask or you give them the application confirmation email or reference number to conduct an employer checking service which covers you pending the outcome:

Give them the reference number to the application, they would have a way to check the status from their backend.

A huge gap exists between bargain hunting vs fraudulent declaration........

On the previous thread, someone's brother received a £10,000 insurance bill (for bargain hunting)....... 😁😜

I love a bargain...... And jump at one, when I see it (not the type of bargain, wey go hook me for throat).......😄😭

My latest bargain hunting, was a ring video doorbell + Alexa speaker for £49.95 (original price was over £200.00)…......😁
