You can reinstall without losing your files, only the apps will go.

You don't have to delete any partition while reinstalling or better still remove the hard drive or SSD, put it in an external casing, connect it to another laptop and copy out the important files then insert it back into the system and format.

it sounds like your battery may need replacing if thats possible, worth just getting a new device

you can remove the hard drive and connect it with an external hard drive reader, that way you may be able to recover some of your files

Please house, i tried installing Bluestack on my Compaq 610 (windows 7/64 bit), it didn't accept, then i went for Ldplayer, it installed successfuly but later required to update graphics driver.

I dont know what to do next, because nothing is working to get that done and i need an Emulator ASAP.

Your charger is bad,try another charger with it and see the difference first before changing.
