My spouse and I ed @Frankrobnn1,this guy messed up our application ,after payment of 600,000(agency fee) for family of 4 ,I was calling to beg him to even submit my application. I could December 2022 had to send him 30,000 for Christmas so that more attention could be given to my application. if you see the way this guy handled the application coupled with the SOP he wrote to it, newcomers to Canada Visa processing application will not write the type of SOP @Frankrobnn1 wrote to my application.

After visa refusals, I had to cancel my ission with the school and request for tuition refund ,now process another ission to another school for Jan 2024 intake which brought me and my family to Canada now.

I had to handle this application myself ,when I compared my packaging with what your so called guru did for me, I now realized that agent is a scam ,waste of time and funds ,they are out to collect your funds ,they are not after your success ,Even after refusal he was expecting me to pay him another 600,000.

Please for God's sake, the government website is cic.gc.ca for those that doesn't know. everything is there .Try and read up and get all the information needed on the government website. You can handle your application yourself...PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR FUNDS WITH AGENTS add it to your POF. Expenses Dey here oooo you need lots of money. No. They will check and if the funds isn't there you will be refused. Nigeria banking system doesn't just freeze your when you commit fraud and gets reported by financial crime commission. Same way a bureaucracy whom u gave a SOA will fish out the truth about your SOA. They have Insider in all the commercial bank

If he deferred the school will issue a new LOA with the new date. It's the timing of the study permit which he must comply with. If it expires prior to his arrival at the CBSA, they may turn him back due to expired permit.

I am quite concerned about some aspects of your response. It is unauthorized and not legal to give a customer’s banking balance or details outside what the client has authorized to a 3rd party. To suggest that IRCC is engaging in this is disturbing.

When an applicant submits a MybankStatement (MBS), IRCC has access to only period given in the SOA via the proper channels.

It would be worrisome if IRCC bank verification goes against privacy acts of clients and banks.

While it is possible to get a request for updated bank statement, it is NOT the norm.

Generally, it is advisable to keep the POF intact while waiting for visa decisions as much as possible.

Anyways.. if any one has proof of those acts let them share for others to learn.

It should be valid. The duration of study visas usually include the period of study and extra 4 months.
Ensure he has a new LOA from the school showing he deferred handy to show at Port of Entry when he arrives in addition to other POE necessary documents.

That been said if you are working under an organisation and they gave you payslip and you pay tax, its considerate to inquire about the statues of your employer business nature. It's rather a way to show how serious this company will forge ahead. If its your private entity or co/partner and they are inactive, it can be a positive remark that after your education you will address to that in due cause.
