Currently I have problem, my ihs was showing 0 and I proceed to pay for visa but I was giving ihs reference number. You have no reason to be scared. It's just an error of the site, you will get a link in your email asking you to pay your IHS fee, just go ahead and your documents.

Please, I have a serious issue getting my ihs refund.

I paid for ihs fee on the 10th of August this year, it was after payment I realized my mistake, so, I discontinued the application to start afresh. I made another ihs payment for the second application which was what I used for my visa. Now, I’m in the Uk, each time I call UKVi, I keep getting different information.

The first paid call was November 18, I was told it would be escalated. A follow up call showed there was no escalation and the agents kept referring me to the same number I dialled .

Today alone, I have called three times with no way forward.

$1235 will do something for me here in UK.

Did you cancel the first application? If you cancelled it , the IHS will be refunded automatically

Be patient

The average wait time for graduate visa dependant is 8weeks

As long as it was made before your current visa expired then you have nothing to worry about

Does the fact that I don’t have a BRP affect anything? I wasn’t given a BRP because I was told the visa was for 6 months (based on the number of months left on the Main Applicant’s visa) and that I would not be given a BRP.

I really appreciate your response seun, No it wasnt an affidavit, it was a court document. please can you confirm if the sole responsibility document you submitted stated custodian/Resposibility because the lawyer keeps saying that is the format used in the court and it cannot be changed, and UKVI requested for only Sole Responsibility. And i have also read here that the document for custody is different from sole responsibility and should not be mixed up.

What is the procedure to get this, how long does it take?. Please help. I have received a similar email requesting for this. I sent you a connect request email. Kindly respond

With all stringent student visa rule for uk ( no dependant to foot your bills , getting skilled worker sponsorship not feasible etc) and hike in school fees and IHS .i am wondering do we still have people coming in as student for the January ission?

Oh he filled the wrong course end date

Add a note in the application when ing state the correct dates and it will be fixed.

Hi, did the school send your CAS to the Nigerian representative? How were you able to get your CAS from him? Or did he help you with your Visa application?

University of south wales will never send your CAS to you but to the country representative.He will need to crosscheck your documents, Hence, it is your choice after document verification, whether you want him to fill online application or not for you, the choice is yours.But obviously, you can allow him to do it on your behalf to avoid mistake after all, he is paid for for that and perhaps you need to rub his palm as well.
You can allow him if you do not know how to navigate the application exercise
And finally do reach out to arrange accommodation together in wales when you get your visa . Cheers!!!!
