What crime has he committed even as a foreign student on a study visa? Did his visa condition stipulate he should not sleep with American women without condom?

Does the onus of not getting pregnant not lie with the female?

Is cheating with several consenting adult partners a crime in the USA? Is it a crime in the USA for an adult male to get an adult female pregnant through consensual sex?
