Pls Gurus in the house i thank everyone immensely for the good teaching & answering of relevant questions being asked from house Kudos .Meanwhile i have SRT 4922A decoder that the Tuner has suddenly stopped picking up satellite signals even when it does it will flash green in some frequency & go off within seconds in others it will show green but deeply low frequency .
Pls house what is actually the problem and how to rectify it or should i give it to a repairer?
Pls anyone with a similar experience should guide me about this issue

Why not get a SatFinder? Have you run another software or factory reset it?

If you off the power source you may end up "frying" your decoder. Just wait till it get to 100%

off it. Nothing will happen to it. Don't do it again. But if you are in lagos, i can help you upgrade with my flash drive. WhatsApp me if necessary . The only time tou shouldn't off the decoder is when installation of the software is going on. But when ing software, the decoder is still safe
