Started as a tough year, moved to Canada late last year, couldn't get a job (reasonable job though) untill around march this year, now I have two remote jobs with option of 3 if I can handle it.

I overcame my obsession to garri, though it wasn't an easy task cus there is no other possible option but i still beat it

You can't stop betting just reduce your stake. Play more odds with less money, it becomes almost impossible to win but its better

1. Rented a new apartment.
2. ed in a gym class.
3. Moved away from toxic friendships.
4. Quit gambling.
5. Start reading a lot of books.
It wasn't easy.
