Atiku's is a case of money cannot buy loyalty.

For years Atiku held important positions and failed to use them to empower people. He did not cultivate people who truly believed in him. How was Buhari able to cultivate people among the elites who believed in him? People like Isa Funtua, Mamman Daura, and co? Buhari could not have been said to be richer than Atiku then.

My take is that Atiku lacks basic leadership qualities to rein in on people and manage talents.
