I honestly do think if those guys were doing really well there... He'd still have found a way to help them. If he couldn't meet up, trust Nigerians to them. But no, they got there and started feeling like celebrities instead of them to focus on their studies

Yes you are right. I have been saying this for a long time here. The bible explained this clearly in the book of Mathew 25:14-30, in "the parable of the talents".

I have always said it that this forum is the worst online platform for interactions. The way they have turned it into a tribal war field is very disappointing to say the least. The way the Yorubas arrack the Igbos like the Igbos are their very problems. I always say it that a lot of beings here have very poor parental upbringing.
