I think the only time they block the road is on Fridays during their jumaat prayers. It's not like they do it all the time. I am sure this incident happened on Friday

They are not suppose to block the road for prayers. Their are mosque for such activities. Roads are not moshalashi.

Reach out to government to quickly address the issues and ensure that moving forward no one should obstruct road built with tax payers money for any reason whatsoever.

If government fail to address the issues publicly or implement a laws to stop such unguided behavior.
