There is a form you must fill from the school if you want a replacement. Tinubu did not fill that form.

There are also designated third party vendors but none of them reissued for Tinubu

Even in 🇳🇬, no university prints its final certificate, they award the contracts to companies like Nigerian Security Printing & Minting Company Ltd. So does that imply that Nigerian graduates can just go to oluwole and Print certificate if they lose the original copy?

I was awarded a certificate to whom it may concern by a secretary in Ife but my certificate was with them and they don't look alike...if the school can approve the one I presented no court can call it forged.... These people will never learn that Forgery is determined by school if they don't consider that as forgery there's nothing any court can do as long as you are a graduate of the institution....
