You will be shocked at the technicality the SC will use to quash Atiku's appeal for disqualification.
Don't be surprised when the SC tells Atiku that eventhough there 'maybe discrepancies in Tinubu 's certificate that should ordinarily disqualify him,but failure of him to call the material witness whose signature he claimed was forged to testify,nullifies his application'.
Or they may be more ingenious and claim that since the certificate was issued by a foreign University,it doesn't disqualify Tinubu;or that certificate issues are pre election matters that Atiku should have filed at the lower court before the election,thus failure of him to do so or within a reasonable time frame,nullifies the appeal.
I have said it,anyone expecting the Nigerian judiciary to nullify a presidential election where INEC has declared and a president has taken office with all the executive and financial powers,is living in delusion.
The Nigerian judiciary doesn't have that character and Caliber of judges to deliver such judgement and may never have.
