Please what time is for port submission VFS Lagos?

he submitted the port through UPS courier and they were expected to return it to his address through same courier cos we paid for that..I think it's called one way courier

My friend submitted through ups too but went there to get his because he couldn’t pay that 31k for the courier and with the little info I gat I think they (Canada embassy) ain’t giving any port to courier this time

This is what they added to the mail they sent but despite all that he went their with just the two things I mentioned up there and got his port by him self

12-2:00pm is for collections, I think from 8-1200pm Is for submission

Read the screenshot I sent, despite all that he still went there and got his port
So am just assuming it might be opposite of what they wrote but since ya said he have paid already for the courier

Chat with them between 9am and 3pm.

They will give you the tracking number.

unfortunately I don't have the email that was used for the application...the agent also feels so relaxed about the whole thing,he keeps saying that the port will be delivered to him that I should stop being in a hurry or rushing things...the truth is that I am a bit worried cos this port was forwarded to VFS since 7th July and the tracker message is saying port couriered to courier service partner on the 24th of July... you see why I am worried and restless.

Thanks everyone. I submitted today at DHL office. Paid 11k5 for delivery to VFS Lagos. Then another 20k250 to VFS Global logistics for return delivery to me. Transmission fee was not paid since I still have a valid Biometric, which i did in 2017

You should be worried at this behaviour.

Go physically to the agent and push to get the tracking details.

Try the chat with your email tomorrow and see if anything comes from it.

They returned it to him after seeing it you said ?
My friend never mentioned that, they took his with his port then gave him courier sheet or whatever they call it with photocopy of his port data page
That’s the only thing he went with the day he got his port back

Yes, they asked him to provide them with the documents he got after he did his biometrics and when he gave it to them, they reviewed the docs and gave it back to him then proceeded to collect his port submission letter from IRCC, port and photocopy of his port bio data page. In return they gave him a paper with stamp on it that he would use to come pick up his port.

Please can anyone else share their opinion on this? Because now I am worried.

I think your agent might have your port with visa handy already, I hope you are not owing him any balance?

Return ticket
Confirmed hotel booking or invitation letter.
Some cash and debit card with enough fund.
That's all and be ready to answer some questions according to what you filled in your application form.

None,carry ur port and your return tickets with u with and some cash,u dont need to attach any document

he has no reason to hide the port from me cos it is evidence of him receiving the port that will make me pay up his balance.

Normal process. But in her case, she will provide the reason why she want her mom to come visit.

Good morning everyone, please I don't know what I am doing wrong , I am unable to my visa application form .
I don't have any gaps on my employment date and I filled all spaces with the information required , I validated, saved on pdf and still getting same error .

I am just curious please has anyone who had to submit outside the 30 days window gotten approved? I am dealing with having to re-submit my port after it was returned.
