Please help cos I did biometrics on August 1st, now got a mail that my port is coming back to me via DHL. I'm so scared and scarred.

Did u get your IHS fees back? Or get a refusal mail? If not rejoice, seems you haven't been tracking your application. I say congratulations to you. I have seen a 1st August who has gotten collection mail like you.

My wife called ukvi on Wednesday and was told that her application got decided that same day.

But me that happens to be the main applicant, mine is still undecided. Next week will make it 4 weeks and my own application is still undecided even though i paid for priority.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Checked my email’s primary and spam folders for NSF, decision outcome or BRP mail but nothing…

My daughter’s application is still at “received by DMC” though…. We both went in for biometrics same day I must say…

Anyone else here in similar situation?

Did biometric on 10th July with all my dependents, wife and 3 kids.

Got my visa 8 days after and theirs are still at received by DMC

Have you received any email from TLS or BRP email?

You should have gotten an email and from there we can guess the outcome of your application.

Same situation am waiting for 15day to reach before I make any moves. I pray we will get favourable decision before next week Tuesday.

I did with my wife on monday, self , standard & 8am appointment time.. It was not crowded at all, and we did our biometrics under 30mins.

My brother applied for a study visa and has since gone since February. So he decided to bring in his wife and kid after settling down. They were both the dependent when he applied.
So due to port issue, the wife did her application first and then got her visa since 3rd of July, but had to wait because of their son.
So when his son’s port was ready, he had to pay for a date for his appointment at TLs Abuja and he successfully did his biometric on the 26th of July.
Till today, they haven’t gotten any email. Now they’re really worried because he doesn’t want to leave his son behind. Also, he thinks him already there and his wife having a valid visa should help with their son’s processing/application but nothing yet. Please what can be done or they shouldn’t have to worry about anything as both of them have a valid visa?

The journey goes thus:

*Application date for M.A June 13th ,dependent June 14th
*biometrics on June 19th for both applicant
*Received by Dmc on June 19th
*1st empty Nsf( M.a and dependent) 20th June.
Did paid Calls 2time
*2nd empty Nsf July 12.
* schedule for interview on July 20th. The interview was called off after 5 to 7min by the interviewer due to bad network.her complaint was that my face was blurry and she made a decision to re-schedule me for another appointment.
*2nd interview mail dropped which was scheduled to hold at VAC ikeja tls on 28th July.
Interview was done successfully on 28th at ikeja tls at 14:00
*DHL mail dropped for collections on Aug 2.
Brp mail Aug 3rd. Decision was already made on 31st July on Brp mail
Visa received with vignette sitting pretty on port on Aug 3.


Blessed to his name, only him deserved to be worship.

Note* have been away since 2018 till Jan 2023 at uae.
Start the processing in Nigeria with my dependent and finally we made it.🙏🙏🙏🙏
