I’m currently in Canada studying. I applied for my family to me June this year, (SOWP for spouse and VV for our kids who are all above 5years) my spouse application was approved within 5weeks while our kids applications were cancelled because we were informed that we applied for the wrong service…(we were given 30days to reapply so the fees paid for VV will suffice)…...meaning they should be applying for study permits.

Now that we are ready to reapply we need to know how to go about it using my spouse GCkey profile because I have not been able to figure it out. I tried filling a study permit form on her profile and it turned out that my child is not eligible meaning I got the process wrong.

I will need the help of anyone who understands how to go about it. Gurus in the building I will appreciate your urgent help here. Rgds

If you are in Lagos you can send it through ups one-way and pay transmission fee then make sure you include the receipt of transmission fee inside your envelope, or book appointment for submission and when your port is ready for collection you can go in person or opt for VFS courier service.

Her PPR just drop now and we need the process.

What do you mean by help intl student? You called them frauds and I am wondering how they defraud people. They told you clearly they don't offer program eligible for PGWP.

I withdrew a visitor's visa application because it was a wrong application, I did not understand what it really means. I then applied for a study permit application. She has access to her portal but she used an agent. The agent thinks there is no problem that they will send the port. We will wait and see.

She can raise webform to IRCC to ascertain if she can still send her ports for stamping, but then she would have to state how she missed the emails for her to send her ports also, does she have access to her portal, what does it say?

He doesn't have any response. People just coming to public space to make statements they can't prove. The school don't offer programs eligible for pgwp. Best you inform people about that and not making claims they defraud people. The school has never claimed to offer programs eligible for pgwp. They always state it clear.
