Good morning please which of the bank branch can I go and pay for my Nigeria port. I opted using bank cash. I have tried using my gt bank app, I will only see NIBSS, and so many drop down options. Please what should I do?

NIBSS means Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc. Partner banks are all licensed banks in Nigeria including the CBN.
Try Sterling Bank, Zenith Bank or Union Bank.

I captured on the 26 febuary, I was there last week Friday to check from the officer beside the sevicom unit . She told me to check after 3 weeks again .

Nawa for this country . Still suffer untop our money.

I am dire need of my port. I captured 25th April at Alausa and collection date was June 28. I was there for the 2nd time, last week Thursday and was told that only those in my batch who paid for 10 years port(validity) could go for collection this week. I wasnt given any specific time frame to check back since mine is 5 years.

I cant stop wondering why it has to be so.

Anyways, I desperately need the port to secure a job offer after several years of unemployment. I don't know how much longer the employer can wait.

Please does anyone know when the late April batch is likely to be produced?

Please any form of help will be highly appreciated.

Please help a sister.

like @hoelujohn rightly predicted, it will only take a miracle for it to be ready this August. ordinarily, the capture and collection date shouldn't be more than 2-2½ months depending on the centre but for ikeja, be rest assured it will be ready this august

In a normal society, you would expect the authorities to reach out via phone or e-mail and tell you what's making it stagnate.
But in Nigeria, you have to be proactive. I captured with my brother on May 31, 2023 and that same evening, all boxes were ticked except the last stage till today. we are awaiting the issuance

The fact his NIN hasn't been verified makes me suspect that is where the issue is. I could be wrong but he needs to confirm his NIN is having no issues

No, someone with expired Nigerian port cannot act as a guarantor.
