Nominal roll is a list containing the staff of a govt establishment and their informations.
Character commission is empowered by law to always collect n collate in the information contained in the nominal roll with a view to ensure that every one in the country is not cheated.
Eg. A federal institution should have staff from any state n should not do any recruitment that shows biaseness

When I was in school, they do tell us to out with good grade so that you can get job. I tried my possible best to finish with second class upper and till now I don't have job.
