Pls house I want ask which type of marriage certificate do they accept for visa UK skilled worker ? Normal local government marriage certificate or ikoyi marriage certificate? Which one is acceptable for visa application. It's urgent

My wife and I got mails from UKVI yesterday evening. It contained attachments that our visa applications were succesful and some information about BRP, although we were yet to be ed by TLS Ikeja. Were those the BRP mails?. I am the MA.

Biometric dates for us was July 5. The letters were dated July 20.

Any official certificate ....ikoyi. ..Ikeja ..ikorodu, other local government authrized to conduct weddings, including, church and mosque..

I have already booked for this medical last month. I am done with my documentation and background check with my employer and only awaiting for d COS outcome. So I decided to go ahead and do it since d tb certificate has 6months validity.

I wish you luck on your side..lets know once u have goodnews from your employer.Cheers!

Another observation on another son of mine visa vignette o.... Letter "L" was omitted in one of his names "DANIEL"... They wrote DANIE.

I sensed "cut-off" due to the long length of his fullnames I.e surname(8 letters), first name (13 letters), two-compound middle names (13 letters).

I hope this won't cause any issue at airports or port of entry?

Please, which one should be submitted for UK work Visa?

It has to be UKVI...either Academic or General Training

How does one request BRP be redirected from one place to the other.. I mean like from a city such as Bournemouth to Manchester. Going all the way there seems like a tedious task.

just walk to the post office in your town center where you want to receive it and tell them what u want. They will request for your port and brp letter, and you will pay. It usually takes 7 working days or so. To arrive.
