Imagine an item of 500k in the market , the seller here decides to sell the same for 300k and an unfortunate human being will price it for 50k and still expect the seller to bring the item to his(buyer's) door step.

Had to stop a friend of mine from selling his item to an ungrateful individual here as if the buyer is doing him a favor and my friend doesn't really need the item just because it has been lying idle for months without use before his kids damages it.

It won't be well with you lots that do this or stress a seller to come to your vicinity after initially agreeing to a price before meeting, the buyer will still want to renegotiate and will want to walk away knowing you got no choice than to agree becyif the distance you took to meet up.

Remedy 1: Seller should never go and meet any buyer.. Anyone that needs it should come and inspect it.. If buyer can't come, let him send someone but never carry yourself to meet the buyer.. They will take advantage of it

Remedy 2: If seller still feels to go because the buyer insist, let the buyer send tfare. (This is how you will know sumone serious). Make sure u collect your go and come tfare and some little change.

Remedy 3: if the seller wants to go because the buyer insist, let the buyer send part of the item money. If the item is 50k, let the buyer send 3k or 5k, note; this money is the transport fee and time fee... So when he sees the good, he will either pay as agreed or he loses his payment pre-meeting.

What you should do to ensure transaction is devoid of doubt:

Make sure you have fully informed the buyer the status of the item.. Don't lie. Make sure u disclose the full condition of the item..

Above all, Remedy 1 is the the best
